I am the author of several books, dozens of articles, and more than a hundred industry speeches and interviews pertaining to “How to Start a Restaurant”; and, in fact, I am the author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Starting a Restaurant© – volumes I & II. These books are found in bookstores in 76 countries around the globe. Tens of thousands of people that aspire to own and operate their own restaurants, from every walk of life, have read them.
